Equipment for rejection of damaged bottles from pouring line

Rejection unit is an option of automatic filling line. It is based on the video control system. Depending on the required productivity, rejection module for bottles can be designed in linear or rotary version. Quantity of video cameras also defined by producivity of the pouring line, shape of the bottles, size and shape of labels. Module can work with glass or plastic bottles, cans, jars and other containers with irregular shape.

Rejection unit can find:

• filling level of liquid;

• presence of cover (capping and defects of capping);

• presence of label (and quality of it’s application);

• presence of impurities in the liquid (for transparent containers and transparent liquids);

• presence of cracks and chips of glass bottles.

Other parameters to control are available by request. Bottles rejection system detects low-quality bottles and take them out to the secondary conveyor, thus avoiding the ingress of defective bottles to stock of finished products.
