Bottles unscrambler is used in automatic pouring line as a machine for rotation and orientation of empty bottles and further transfer to signle-go feeding conveyor to washing machine. The bottles unscrambler is designed for medium and large productions with full automation level of control. Empty PET or LPP bottles are loaded to the hopper and then into automatic unscrambler. After it bottles being oriented are fed by feeding conveyor into washing machine. Bottles unscrambler can be integrated into existing pouring line at htte beginning of line. Productivity of the machine is up to 9000 bottles per hour. We can offer customized bottles unscrambler for different shapes and formats of plastic containers. The machine has option to invert bottles (bottom up) for the pouring lines, where used step of air blowing up of bottles for extra cleaning. Contact us for more information.
