    Two models PRO110-KM1 and KM2 are designed for the automatic packaging of wet wipes with productivity up to 110 bags / minute. Advantage of these packaging machine is a possibility to pack wet wipes, as well as packing of liquid products into sachet bags. You can pack the following products:

    APPLICATION

    Automatic machine for production and packaging of wet disposable soft wipes. Productivity is up to 110 bags / min. Fully automatic cycle includes the following actions:

     

    • folding and cutting of wipes;

    • wetting with a special liquid using a liquid doser;

    • packaging with a material, ensuring air tightness.

     

    The machine uses a roll of napkin material and a roll of packaging film. Control of the machine is performed with the help of controllers, located on the front of control panel. Easy operation of the equipment, reliability, affordable price and high profitability distinguishes the models PRO110-KM1 and PRO110-KM2 from competitors.

    The main distinctive feature of this machine is the ability to pack liquids (shampoos, gels, lotions, etc.) into sachet bags with 4 seams. Thus, it is possible to produce two types of different products on one equipment.
