    STICK BAGS FOR BULK PRODUCTS

    Multi-channel vertical packaging automat is designed for packaging of bulk granulated and crystal products, such as sugar, salt, pepper into 3 seams stick bags. Machine uses volumetric doser with photomark. Packaging automat works with all types of packaging film, including laminated film on the basis of paper, foil or polymer.

    Doses:

    • 1 — 10 grams.

    Productivity:

    • up to 250 stick bags / minute.

    APPLICATION

    Packaging automat for stick bags production is used on food production factories, as well as on the chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises.

    Working principle:

     

    • product for packing fills the cups of the doser;

    • measured dose of the product falls down into the bag;

    • packaging machine selas the bag with product.

    Full packaging cycle is performed in automatic mode. Operator is only needed to control working parameters and fill the loading hopper with a product.
