Packing of liquid products into stick bags

This fully automatic machine is designed for packaging of three seams sealed stick bags with a single usage products, such as ketchup, mayonnaise, nohey, olive oil, vinegar, sauces for salad, mustard and liquid cosmetic products — shampoo, liquid soap. Liquid and semi-liquid (gel) products are packed by means of servo drive, driving the precise hydraulic pump. To make stick bag easy to open, can be added (as an option) a cutting line. Productivity of the packaging machine 90 — 120 stick bags / min with 3 dosing channels and 350 — 400 stick bags / min with 8 — 10 dosing channels.
