STICK BAGS FOR POWDER PRODUCTS
Packaging machine is designed for packing of powder products, such as instant coffee, dry cream, 3 in 1 coffee, cocoa powder, medical powder products, bulk chemicals. For packing is used thermo-sealed packaging film in rolls.
Doses:
• 2 — 20 grams.
Productivity:
• up to 350 — 400 stick bags / minute.

APPLICATION
High-speed equipment for packaging of powder products forms 3-seams sealed stick bags. It is suitable for packing of products with low flow properties. The control system is synchronized with a screw doser, which allows to measure the product in portions in the filling range of 2-20 grams. Depending on the order, packaging machine can have from 3 to 10 dosing channels, what allows to reach productivity up to 350 — 400 stick bags per minute.
