Packaging film production for bakery products

We manufacture packaging film in reels for usage on packaging machines

Bakery products include a wide range of products and are in daily consumer demand. Therefore, the production of packaging for this group of products is always relevant.

Oriented transparent polypropylene (BOPP) is used for packaging of this product. The packaging film thickness of 25 microns (less specific weight), a small number of colors used in printing (without loss of image quality), a small area of sealing material (similar to packaging with a self-adhesive label) can significantly save on the cost (price per piece).

Advantages of this type of packaging:

• attractive appearance of the product due to high transparency and gloss;
• barrier properties by moisture;
• protective varnish provides resistance of the paint layer to mechanical and thermal effects, as well as good sliding of the packaging material during packing.

Peculiar properties:

• do not pack hot product.
