We produce packaging film in reels for usage on packaging machines

For high-quality packaging and storage of products in this category are important not only good barrier properties for the penetration of moisture and high strength of the packaging material, but also the inertia of the ready packaging in relation to chemically active substances. Co-extrusion material of polyamide with polyethylene or polyethylene with special additives is used for packaging of such products.

If it is necessary to pack a large volume (from 3 kg and more), then for this purpose it is best to use a combined material based on 2 polyethylene films. For packaging of powder used a special LDPE packaging film for packaging of washing-detergents.

PET 12, 20 + LDPE 25 — 35;

LDPE 60-90.

The specificity of the packaged product is that it is extremely important for a very high resistance to moisture and various gases. This condition is satisfied by the combined packaging material on the basis of transparent and metallized PET (lavsan) and transparent polypropylene (BOPP) or polyethylene (LDPE) packaging film.

For such products, the optimal packaging material will be a laminate, based on dacron and polyethylene packaging film, in the production of which special additives are used.

The most convenient material for individual packaging of toilet soap is polypropylene film (BOPP), which can be transparent or white. If you choose a transparent packaging film, we recommend using it as part of the laminate. This structure allows the packaging material to be mechanically strong, completely eliminates the abrasion of the paint and gives the package extra shine due to interlayer printing. This packaging material is the most suitable for group packaging of soap.
