PACKAGING OF GLAZED CHEESE AND CURDS MASS

For packaging of these products, a combined packaging material, based on transparent and metallized polypropylene films, is used, which, thanks to the presence of a thin layer of aluminum, prevents chocolate glaze from premature spoilage.

BOPP transparent — good barrier properties against penetration of water of condensation, high transparency.

BOPP metallized — good barrier properties against penetration of water condensate, a barrier against ultraviolet radiation.

ICE CREAM PACKAGING

Transparent, pearly white and metallized polypropylene films are used in the production of ice cream packaging.
For economy class packaging is most often used oriented transparent polypropylene film (BOPP). A significant disadvantage of such packaging: during transportation, the product may lose its presentation.
Another option with economy packaging – pearl white polypropylene film (BOPP perl). It is an ideal packaging material for packing of ice cream: low specific weight of the film has a qualitative effect on reducing the cost of the finished product. In addition, packaging film has an excellent aesthetic appearance (white) and has good barrier properties against the penetration of water condensate.
Another option for packaging of ice cream is a laminated foil.
Foil is able to acquire and maintain a predetermined shape, which makes it possible to give the packaging a neat appearance, which will be maintained throughout the shelf life of the product. The packaging will not unfold on its own. In addition, the foil is completely opaque and eliminates the influence of ultraviolet light on the product.
For the packaging of premium-class ice cream, as well as for the protection of chocolate glaze, a packaging material based on a combination of transparent and metallized polypropylene films and white or pearl packaging films is used.

The use of matte film as the first layer gives the package an elite and expensive look.
