Packaging film production for frozen foods

We produce packaging film in reels for usage on packaging machines

Since this group of products is accompanied by low temperatures, the packaging of such products must meet such criteria as mechanical strength, resistance to cracking under the influence of cold, tightness, as well as sufficient transparency to ensure that the buyer in the store with his own eyes could clearly assess the quality of the product.

For greater attractiveness of the package (super transparency of the packaging material), as well as to reduce its cost (lower specific weight), we propose to use a combination of polypropylene and non-oriented (CPP) packaging film. Its disadvantages include the relative fragility under the influence of low temperatures.

To eliminate fragility of the packaging material when packing frozen products, a polyethylene film is introduced into its composition. This packaging material is more resistant to shock freezing and more elastic.

The material based on lavsan and polyethylene provides the highest mechanical strength, excellent manufacturability and high barrier properties.
