    DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCTION LINE FOR BREADCRUMBS

    Raw materials for this production — flour and cereals, bran, breadcrumbs up to 40%, flavors and colors. The raw material is fed by a screw through a sifter and a mixer into the extrusion zone. From the extruder, granules come out with an average humidity of about 9% and then, with the help of conveyors, they are sent to a drying station (oven), where they lose humidity up to 4-5%. Then dried product is sent to the crushing and sieving complex, where the product acquires the desired fraction.

    Extruder

     

    The twin-screw extrusion plant produces thermomechanical processing of raw materials coming after the preparation stage. The design of extruder allows you to leave a wide margin on the parameters of used raw materials. Also, the design of the working bodies will allow you to get any form of the final product.

    Thermal drying station

     

    • installed power 75 kW, 15 kW per level;
    • number of levels 5;
    • working width of the mesh 0.7 m;
    • working length of the mesh is 4.5 m (from roll center to another roll center);
    • working area of the one transportation mesh 3.15 m2;
    • working area of all conveyor meshes 15.75 m2 (without feed conveyor);
    • length of the drying station (oven) is 5 meters.
