    Extrusion machines EU1-i carries thermoplastic processing of the raw material. Available in two versions. Service life of the working bodies about 250 000 tons of products. Screw length of 12 cm determines the high pressure inside the working area. Operation of the unit in automatic mode makes it possible to adjust all parameters of the equipment operation from the control panel:
    • working area pressure;
    • moisture content of the extrudate;
    • raw material feeding.

    Turbo unit, located in pre-matrix space, provides:
    • pressure equalization across the plane of the matrix;
    • stable even shape of the product;
    • extend life of primary nodes.
