Double digester system for bakery production

Double digester carries out cooking of food semi-liquid dispersed mixtures on a fat basis used as fillings, interlayers and coatings for extrusion confectionery, snack bars and other products. Cooking is carried out by uniform controlled heating (melting) of fat components and their thorough mixing with dry bulk ingredients and flavoring additives. The process proceeds until a homogeneous viscous fluid is obtained. Non-stop production will provide a system of two digesters, joined by one drain funnel. During cooking syrup in one of the digesters dosing is carried out from the second digester. Next, the second digester is cooking syrup and dosing is carried out from the first digester.
