PASTA DRYING OVEN
Drying oven is designed for pasta production, including vacuumed pasta. Oven is working with electrical heaters. Single loading is about 300 kg of pasta on 3 trolleys. Time of drying approximately 3 — 6 hours depending on the type of pasta. Drying oven is used on catering, bakeries or other food productions. Also it can be used separately.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRYING OVEN FOR PASTA PRODUCTION
Programming and supporting of optimal parameters of temperature and humidity in the process of drying allows to obtain pasta with high quality figures, similar to the products of the largest pasta factories.
Basic configuration:
• drying cabinet;
• platform for trolley (3 pieces);
• tray for drying the product (78 pieces);
• air exhaust system.
The oven consists of a cabinet, assembled from separate panels, on which are installed an exhaust fan with air ducts, connected by a flexible corrugated hose, cassettes with heating elements, reversing fans, air guides and a control panel. The fan blower is designed for blowing of electrical heaters and air-circulation of air in the cavity of the drying cabinet.
Sequence of work:
• spread pasta on the mesh trays evenly;
• install the trays on the platform carts;
• roll up the platform carts with the trays (installed on them) into the oven;
• close the doors of oven and start the drying process.
