Milk and dairy products are perishable products, that require not only special production and storage conditions, but also special equipment for filling products in packaging. Milk does not tolerate foreign bacteria and spores, so the process of bottling should take place in sterile conditions.
We produce equipment for bottling milk into pillow bags, made of combined materials: polypropylene films or more dense cardboard packages with a film layer. Dosers and packaging machines are made of stainless steel, under individual tasks and requirements of the customer.

PACKAGING MACHINE SBi-150-F FOR MILK
Packaging machine SBi-150-F designed to meet the needs of milk producers. Small businesses will appreciate it compact and low cost, large companies — high performance. In a minute packing machine performs up to 80 full packaging cycles. SBi-150-F forms a package, pours milk into it, closes the package and ships it to the conveyor. Packaging machine is equipped with a standard washing system, device for UV disinfection of packaging film and reliable welding device, that in a fraction of a second creates a durable, sealed seam.
