Equipment for packaging of mayonnaise
The main task of packaging for mayonnaise — to keep its taste and quality on throughout the storage period and during transportation. Optimal packaging for this type of product — sealed light-tight packaging or bags. The packaging should retain as long as possible necessary for the storage of product temperature (0°C to +18°C) and protect the product from excessive humidity of external environment.
According to the norms of the state standard, mayonnaise can be packed in finished containers: glass, plastic and polymer cans, bottles, glasses and buckets, as well as doy pack bags, pillow bags and sachet bags, made of polymer materials.

EQUIPMENT FOR PACKAGING OF MAYONNAISE
On vertical packaging machines mayonnaise packed into pillow bags and finished containers. Net weight of packaged product from 50 to 6000 grams. On horizontal packing machine mayonnaise can be packed in sachet bags, doy pack bags, bags with capping (flip-top) and without it. Net weight of mayonnaise in sachets bags is 10-30 grams. In doy pack bags from 150 — 800 grams.
The quality of mayonnaise packaging depends on the accuracy and reliability of the packing equipment. Our packaging machines have the maximum accuracy of dosing and high performance. Per minute horizontal packing machine poured up to 40 doy pack bags with mayonnaise. Carousel packaging machine RT-AFK-2 fills and packs mayonnaise at speeds of up to 1800 doses per hour.
PACKAGING OF MAYONNAISE INTO DOY PACK BAGS
Advantages:
• minimum weight: facilitates the process of transportation and reduces the cost of it;
• cost price: cost of doy pack packaging is below the cost of plastic and
glass container. Suitable for packaging of mayonnaise of medium and
high price segment;
• convenient form: it is convenient for the user to open and close packaging;
• strength: doy pack packaging is greatly stronger than pillow bags packaging.

• low cost: cost price per packages below the cost of doy pack bags or ready plastic and glass container.
