Frozen products packaging

Frozen products in pillow bags are packed on vertical packaging machine RT-UM and SBi. To improve usability of the package, pillow bags are supplemented with a metal clip, applied with a manual clipper or automatic clipping machine RT-MK-N.
Advantages of pillow bags package for frozen food packaging:
• low operating cost of manufacturing the package;
• tightness and high barrier properties of the package;
• does not require additional storage and transport space.

For packaging of products into bags with flat bottom (gusset) are used vertical packaging machines, complemented with the option of forming a square bottom. To create bags with gussets and folds sealing we offer packing equipment series SBi. Gusset bags are suitable for packaging of frozen small piece products with net weight up to 0.5 kg. From the point of view of consumers, it is much more convenient than the pillow bags package. From the point of view of the manufacturers it looks more attractive.

Into doy pack bags packed only frozen products of premium class.
This is the most expensive and most attractive packaging. For its creation we offer horizontal packaging doy-pack machine RT-UM-GS. Doy pack bags and pillow bags with frozen products can be complemented with a clip, applied with a manual or automatic clipper. It makes the package practical for the consumer.

Carton (corrugated) box — attractive and practical packaging for small pieces frozen products. More often into carton boxes are packed meat products, less often — fruits and vegetables. We offer horizontal cardboard packaging machine for packing of frozen products into corrugated boxes, pre-packed into a pillow bag or without it.
