Equipment for individual and group packaging into carton boxes

Glider is the cartoning machine for primary package. Module with vacuum suction cups picks up cardboard sheets from the storage magazine and places them into the receiving slots of the main conveyor. In parallel the product goes to the cutting station on the driven conveyor. Then the package of product is delivered to the forming module, being wrapped with cardboard and glued with a hot melt glue. By the customers request it is possible packaging of products of different sizes and shapes. The working speed of the line is up to 120 packages per minute. This cartoning machine is used for packing of carton trays with ready meals, pates, frozen or dried fruits, vegetables and similar food products in lamister, metal or plastic packaging containers. The model can be integrated into existing production line with automatic supply of the products for packaging by a conveyor. Basic model of the cartoning machine is made of regular steel and works with one type of package.
