CARTONING MACHINE HANDY
This cartoning machine is used for automatic american type carton boxes forming, preparation of the group of products, packaging and closing of the box. Cardboard box can be closed with self-adhesive tape of with a hot melt glue. Model can be used in dairy production for group packaging of PET bottles, as well as metal cans and other similar products.

DESCRIPTION OF THE CARTONING MACHINE
High speed cartoning machine Handy is designed for group packaging of products into american type of carton box. In automatic mode is performed carton box forming, group of product forming, transfer of the product into the box with help of pick & place module, closing and gluing of the box. Cartoning machine is used for packaging of PET bottles, carton packages, cans of different shapes, products packed in lamister and similar. Productivity is up to 1600 boxes / hour. Basic model is made of regular steel. For the integration into existing production line cartoning machine can be equipped with conveyor system. In the machine structure are used part and components of the leading European manufacturers.
Hand with vacuum suction cups picks up pre-formed carton box from the storage magazine. Then the bottom flaps of the box are bent and the bottom is formed. After forming the bottom, the box passes between two conveyor belts through the sealing module.
There are two installation options:
• box gluing with adhesive tape;
• box gluing with a hot melt glue.
