Carton packaging machine INDI

Sequence or work:

• operator places carton die cuts to the store magazine;
• machine is equipped with a group of sensors to check the presence of the product and carton boxes;
• cartoning machine forms a group of products for packing and, at the same time, rotary device with vacuum cups feeds the boxes from the storage to main conveyor and and opens them;
• the system of pushers push into the box from one side a single or a group of products;
• after placing the products into the box, carton flaps are folded and applied with a hot melt glue, so the box is completely closed.

The process goes in continuous mode. Setting of the parameters of the cartoning machine for work with different dimensions of the products and boxes is performed by electric motors and flywheels, except for the modules, drived by servo drives. Changeover process takes about 5 minutes. Operator choose the operating mode on the touch-screen panel.
