BELT CONVEYOR
Conveyors are designed to move bulk and small-piece food products with umidity less than 15%, semi-finished products of dough, frozen fruits and vegetables, and also non-food products of similar structure into the loading hopper of the doser. Conveyors are installed in closed areas in the food productions, as well as other enterprises. Conveyors are a part of packaging lines, but can be used independently for transportation of the above mentioned products with a total mass on the conveyor’s belt not more than 30 kg.

DESCRIPTION OF THE BELT CONVEYOR RT-TVL-01
The conveyor consists of a loading hopper, mounted on the steel frame, boom with a traction drive in the form of endless belt, gear-motor and control unit. Belt conveyor is used for the transportation of bulk and small-pieces products in food and non-food industry.
The product from the loading hopper of the conveyor enters the conveyor belt and moves on it to the loading hopper of the doser. The speed of belt is set by the operator on the control panel.
We offer the following types of the loading belt conveyor:
• sloping belt conveyor;
• horizontal belt conveyor;
• belt conveyor with kinks.
The working surface of the conveyor’s belt:
• flat conveyor’s belt;
• conveyor’s belt with transverse ribs;
• conveyor’s belt with corrugated sides;
• conveyor’s belt with corrugated sides and transverse ribs.
