Conveyor for bulk and small-pieces products
BENDED BELT CONVEYOR
Bended belt conveyor is designed to move bulk and small-piece food products with humidity less than 15%, semi-finished products of dough, frozen fruits and vegetables, and also similar non-food products into the doser’s hopper. Bended conveyor is installed at indoor areas of food production, as well as other enterprises. This conveyor is used as a part of packaging lines together with a multihead weigher, but also can be used alone for transportation of the above mentioned products with total weight on the belt not more than 30 kg.

DESCRIPTION OF THE BENDED BELT CONVEYOR RT-TVL-03
Bended conveyor consists of:
• loading hopper on steel frame;
• belt conveyor with a traction drive and an endless conveyor’s belt;
• control unit.
The product from loading hopper enters the traction belt of the conveyor and moves on it to the multihead weigher. The speed of belt’s movement is set by the operator on the control box of the conveyor.
