LINEAR WEIGHT DOSER
Linear doser is designed for weight dosing of bulk, granular food products, and also non-food products of similar structure. Machine can have 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 dosing channels.
Type of product for dosing:
• pasta, cereals, nuts, sugar, tea, confectionery with humidity less than 15%, semi-finished products of dough, frozen vegetables and fruits, metal screws and nuts, washers, etc.
Productivity:
• up to 12 or 24 or 36 or 48 doses / minute.

DESCRIPTION OF THE LINEAR WEIGHT DOSER RT-DV-M
Linear dosers are used for joint work with packaging machines for weighing and dosing of bulk and granular products. Machine can work as a part of weighting and packaging complex or autonomously. Linear doser can have 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 dosing channels, therefore total productivity can be 12 or 24 or 36 or 48 doses per minute. Application: enterprises of the food industry, as well as other type of productions.
• dosed product is falled down into the loading hopper;
• at the command of the operator starts vibration;
• the product is moved along the vibrating chute and fall down into the weighing hopper;
• upon reaching the specified weight in the weight hopper, the control unit gives a command to stop vibration;
• empty of weight hopper to the packaging machine or to container by pressing the start pedal;
• then the vibration of chute starts automatically and dosing cycle repeats.
