Multihead weigher is used for dosing of bulk, small-pieces and piece products, as well as non-food products of similar structure.
Type of products for dosing:
• pasta, cereals, nuts, sugar, tea, confectionery with humidity less than 15%, semi-finished products of dough, frozen vegetables and fruit, animal feed, dowels, metal screws and nuts, washers.
Productivity:
• up to 150 doses / minute.

DESCRIPTION OF THE MULTIHEAD WEIGHER DPM
Multihead weigher (doser) can work as a part of the automatic weighing and packaging complex or can work autonomously. It is used on enterprises of the food industry, as well as other type of factories. Multihead weigher has 8 or 10 or 12 or 14 dosing chutes (channels), thus productivity of dosing can reach up to 150 doses per minute. Multihead weigher is designed for dosing of bulk, small-piece and piece products. Type of doses and number of dosing chutes (channels) are defined by type of product, type of package and required pproductivity of the packaging line.
• product enters to the general storage hopper of the multihead doser;
• it is distributed by vibrating chutes to small load bins with load cells;
• electronic control unit selects a combination of bins, the total weight of the product in which is maximum close to the target total weight;
• these bins are dumped into the discharge tray;
• from discharge tray the product comes to the package (to the bags).
Thus, multi-heads weigher works continuously. Capacity is up to 150 doses/min.
