HORIZONTAL DOY-PACK PACKAGING MACHINE RT-UM-GS

Horizontal packing machine RT-UM-GS packs pre-dosed viscous, liquid, bulk, granular, crystalline and powdered food products as well as similar shape and consistency non-food products into doy-pack bags or flat sachet bags, which is formed automatically from polypropylene film and others heat-sealable roll materials.

DESCRIPTION OF THE HORIZONTAL DOY-PACK PACKAGING MACHINE RT-UM-GS

This packaging machine packs food and non-food products of different structure into three seams and four seams flat sachet bags and doy-pack bags, made of polypropylene film and other heat-sealable roll packaging materials. Products to be packed: spices, sauces, multicomponent soups, juices, iced tea, coffee, mayonnaise, ketchup, nuts, dry concentrates, dried fruits, dairy products (sour cream, yogurt, milk dry and condensed milk), desserts (jelly, cream, puddings in powder), animal feed, cat litter, some toxic substances (dry or liquid), household chemicals, cosmetic products (creams, lotions, shampoos, balms), etc.

Basic configuration:

• packaging film unwinding device;

• bag’s forming device;

• module for bag’s production (with photo mark sensor);

• sensor «no bag — no dose»;

• module of packaging (with date printing device inside sealing jaws);

• pneumatic system;

• operator’s panel;

• electrical control cabinet.

Advantages of the packaging film in comparison with glass and PET containers:

• the cost of packaging is significantly lower: for sachet bags up to 5 times, for doy-pack bags up to 3 times;
• low weight of the package allows you to save on transport costs;
• large surface for advertising and text;
• absorbs moisture and odor, water resistant;
• saves space on retail shelves;
• possibility of inserting to the bag a ziplock (for bulk products) or a cork (for pasty or liquid products), that maintains the integrity of the bag while multiple usage.

Advantages of the doy-pack bags in comparison with sachet bags:

• capacity of doy-pack bags at the same size with sachet bags is several times more;
• stable on trade shelves and buyer’s tables, which is more convenient for storage.

Advantages of the doy-pack packaging machine RT-UM-GS:

• possibility of packaging to: four seams sachet bags, doy-pack bags, doy-pack bags with cork in center (or corner), doy-pack bags with ziplock with fast changeover;
• possibility to changeover to different package sizes.
