    PACKAGING MACHINE RT-UM-GSH WITH UPPER FILM REEL LOCATION

    Horizontal packaging machine is designed for packaging of piece products: bakery and confectionery products, semi-finished products, industrial products in correx. With this machine it is possible to pack a single product or a group of similar products. Machine produces three seams horizontal flow-pack bags, also bags with side gusset of type «double flat bottom». It is recommended a hand laying (manual) of piece products on the feeding conveyor before entrance to the packaging machine.

    Type of bags with product:

    • horizontal flow-pack bags.

    Productivity:

    • up to 210 bags / minute (with 3 jaws).

    Packaging material:

    • thermosealed film from reels (polypropylene or multilayer film).

    DESCRIPTION OF THE HORIZONTAL PACKAGING MACHINE RT-UM-GSH

    This horizontal packaging machine with upper film reel location is designed for work with piece products in the food, agriculture, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. Products must be placed on the feeding conveyor manually. Machine uses polypropylene or multilayer film in rolls. Productivity depending on the version is 80 or 140 or 210 packs / min. In all horizontal packaging machines used control system from CMZ (Italy) — sypplier for the rest of European equipment manufacturers.

    Basic configuration:

    • upper film roll location;
    • drive motor;
    • feeding conveyor 2450 mm;
    • film roll shaft holder (with manual centering of the film and compensation brake);
    • module for the packaging film unwinding and pulling;
    • module for reading the photo mark;
    • module for forming of the bag;
    • module for the packaging film pulling and welding of the longitudinal seam of the bag;
    • module for cross-sealing with heating jaws and thermo printer inside jaws for date printing;
    • discharge belt conveyor 600 mm;
    • operator’s panel;
    • electrical control box for the packaging machine.

    Perimeter of the cross section of the product (width + hight) * 2 must be < 620 mm. More 620 by order.

    Productivity with 1 group of jaws is 80 bags / min;

    Productivity with 2 group of jaws is 140 bags / min;

    Productivity with 3 group of jaws is 210 bags / min.
