Packaging equipment for products with irregular shape into flow-pack bags

Horizontal packaging machine with lower film feeding is designed for small and medium productions. It produces three seams flow-pack bags from thermo-sealed film in rolls. Productivity is up to 35 bags / min. In all horizontal packaging machine for flow-pack bags is installed control system of CMZ (Italy) — main supplier of components for equipment manufacturers in Italy.

Basic configuration:

• drive;

• loading table (or roller table for heavy products) up to 720 mm long for stacking the product;

• unwinding device (with device for control of bag’s length);

• device for reading of the photo mark on the packaging film;

• forming device (with regulators of width of the bag) and fixed stop plate on it (defines where the product is laid);

• pneumatic system (pneumatic drive mechanism for the transverse welding unit);

• mechanism of the packaging film pulling and longitudinal seam welding of the bag, the position of which is adjustable in height by a handwheel or using an electromechanical actuator (option);

• automatic device for opening of rollers;

• intermediate conveyor (in version with roller table — for heavy products);

• mechanism of welding of the transverse seam of the bag (with datу printer inside sealing jaws), the position of which is adjustable by height with a handwheel;

• operator’s panel (adjustment of parameters is carried out by buttons and displayed on the display);

• pedal for semi-automatic operations;

• class of protection IP 65;

• electrical control cabinet.
