High speed packaging machine RT-UM-GSH-S11 with upper film reel location is designed for packing of various food and non-food products into a three-seams flow-pack bags. Productivity is more than 500 bags / min. Products to be packed: bakery and confectionery, food products with humidity less than 15%, semi-finished products of dough, vegetables and fruits, including frozen, meat semi-finished products, cottage cheese, briquettes of ice cream as well as non-food piece products: household goods, dishwashers sponges, soap, disposable tableware, books, magazines, and similar goods. Products can be packed individually, or in a row, or in stacks or combined.

Type of bags with product:

• horizontal flow-pack bags.

Productivity:

• up to 500 bags / minute (with 5 positions jaws).

Packaging material:

• thermosealed film from reels.

DESCRIPTION OF THE HORIZONTAL PACKAGING MACHINE RT-UM-GSH-Servo-2

This horizontal packaging machines with upper location of the film reel is installed at catering and food facilities, as well as other enterprises. It uses thermo sealed packaging film, for example, polypropylene film in rolls or multilayer films. Due to high productivity, it is used together with an automatic piece products stacker — it places pieces to the feeding conveyor in automatic mode under the operator’s control. At machine’s outlet you will get horizontal flow-pack bags. Product inside bags can be placed single or by group in row or in stack or combined (several stacks per row). In all horizontal packaging machine for flow-pack bags is installed control system of CMZ (Italy) — main supplier of components for equipment manufacturers in Italy.

Basic configuration:

• upper location of the film reel;
• 5 servo drives and 2 asynchronous motors;
• sensors for the presence of pushers;
• infeed conveyor for the system of automatic feeding of the product to machine;
• two film roll holders with manual roll centering, compensation brake and automatic film gluing;
• module for the packaging film unwinding with a device for compensation of the sagging of the film (for film width 450 mm);
• module for longitudinal pulling and sealing of the packaging film with additional pairs of rollers for pre-heating of the film and plates («irons») of pre-heating;
• pneumatic open of sealing rollers at the moment of film stop (while waiting for the product to packaging machine);
• module for reading the photo mark on the packaging film;
• fixed group for bag’s forming;
• operator’s panel;
• mechanism of cross sealing and cutting off the bags (with a straight inclined cuts);
• discharge belt conveyor with length of 0.6 m;
• sensor of the film end;
• possibility to work with a «cold gluing of the film» (with adhesive layer).
