Horizontal packaging machine is designed for packaging of piece products: bakery and confectionery products, semi-finished products, industrial products in correx. You can pack a single product or a group of similar products, placing them by piece, in a row, by stacks or combined. Machine makes 3 seams horizontal flow-pack bags, as well as bags with side gusset of type «double flat bottom». It is recommended to use the machine for piece products of the same type with a hand laying on the feeding conveyor.

Productivity:

• up to 300 bags / minute.

DESCRIPTION OF THE HORIZONTAL PACKAGING MACHINE RT-UM-GSH-Servo

Universal horizontal packaging machine RT-UM-GSH-Servo with upper film reel location is designed for work in the food industry and agriculture, as well as other productions. Machine can be used for working with several kinds of products. Fast and easy changeover. Loading of the product to the feeding conveyor is performed manually. A modification of the packaging machine can reach productivity of 300 bags / minute. Bags are formed from a roll of heat-sealable film (polypropylene and combined films), and also from packaging multi-layer materials of cold gluing together. Main feature of the machine is the software, control system and 3 servo drives of CMZ (Italy) company, supplier of control systems for the rest of European manufacturers of horizontal flow-pack packaging machines.

Basic configuration:

• upper film roll location;

• drives (3 servo motors and 1 asynchronous motor);

• feeding conveyor with a length of 2450 mm;

• sensors for the presence of pushers;

• film roll holder (with manual centering of the roll and compensation brake);

• module for the packaging film unwinding and pulling;

• module for reading the photo mark;

• module for forming of the bag;

• module for the packaging film pulling and welding of the longitudinal seam of the bag;

• module for cross-welding with heating jaws and thermo date printer inside jaws;

• discharge belt conveyor of 600 mm long;

• operator’s panel;

• electrical control cabinet.

Packaging machine RT-UM-GSH with control system from Beckhoff

Horizontal packaging machine with the control system of Beckhoff is especially designed for work on dairy products (cottage cheese, butter, glazed curds) and has a class of protection IP 65. Model is made of stainless steel AISI 304. Packaging machine is equipped with German control system Beckhoff Automation with a class of protection IP 65 (complete protection against dust, protection against water jets in any direction).

• intuitive control interface that allows to make diagnostics of the machine;
• setting of the machine operation parameters (bag’s length, pusher position) via LCD screen without mechanical changeovers;
• diagnostic fault alarm;
• wide possibilities to connect extra devices to the packaging machine control system (automatic stackers, additional sensors and other devices);
• automatic synchronization of the packaging machine speed with the speed of the production line, in which the machine can be built-in;
• synchronization of the rotation of welding and cutting jaws with the speed of the film in the welding moment is performed automatically;
• transverse welding jaws with an electronic overpressure fuse;
• up to 60 programs in memory;
• productivity adjustment via sofware, the software calculates the maximum productivity for this product;
• 3 levels of access to machine control functions: operator, mechanic, engineer;
• minimal changeover time;
• maximualm bag’s length up to 1000 mm (on special request).
