Horizontal packaging machine RT-UM-GSH-Servo-2 is designed for packaging of piece products. With that machine you can pack into 3 seams flow-pack bags (horizontal flow-pack) bakery and confectionery products, semi-finished products, industrial products in correx and similar piece products. It is possible to pack a single piece or a group of pieces. Also packaging machine can make bags with side gusset of type «double flat bottom». It is recommended to use this packaging machine with an automatic laying of the pieces of product on the feeding conveyor.

Type of bags with product:

• horizontal flow-pack bags.

Productivity:

• up to 200 bags / minute (with 2 jaws).

Packaging material:

• thermosealed film from reels.

DESCRIPTION OF THE HORIZONTAL PACKAGING MACHINE RT-UM-GSH-Servo-2

RT-UM-GSH-Servo-2 is a high speed horizontal packaging machine with upper film reel location. It can be supplied together with an automatic product stacker on feeding conveyor, that’s why it is possible to introduce this machine to existing production line. Packaging machine works with thermo sealed film from reel — it can be polypropylene film or multilayer packaging film and used in food and agriculture industries.

Advantages:

• possibility to introduce this packaging machine with an automatic product stacker to existing production line of the customer;

• increased speed of the packaging film sealing;

• heating control is performed from touch screen panel;

• up to 100 programs of work in memory.

In all horizontal packaging machine for flow-pack bags is installed control system of CMZ (Italy) — main supplier of components for equipment manufacturers in Italy.

Basic configuration:

• upper film roll location;
• motors (3 servo drives and 1 asynchronous motor);
• inlet conveyor length of 2450 mm;
• pusher’s sensors ;
• film reel shaft holder (with manual centering of the film and compensation brake);
• unit for unwinding and pulling of the packaging film;
• unit for photo mark on the film reading (sensors);
• forming tube for the bag forming;
• unit for the longitudial seam sealing and packaging film pulling;
• unit for cross-seam sealing with heating jaws and thermo date printer inside jaws;
• discharge belt conveyor of 600 mm length;
• control panel for the operator;
• electrical control box.
