    This small horizontal packaging machine is designed for packaging of wide range of into 3 seams flow-pack bags, including:

    • packing in a row of any products, holds its shape without usage of extra fasteners;

    • packaging of products that do not have clear dimensions and shape;

    • packaging of sticky, moist and frozen food;

    • packaging of heavy products;

    • packing of lengthy products.

    Type of bags with product:

    • horizontal flow-pack bags.

    • up to 25 bags / minute.

    DESCRIPTION OF THE HORIZONTAL PACKAGING MACHINE RT-UM-NK (Umka)

    Small packaging machine Umka with upper film reel location is a module of economy class. It is used on small production of food industry and agriculture, as well as other enterprises. Machine use biaxially oriented polypropylene with two heat-sealable layers or a laminated paper as a packaging film. Productivity is up to 25 bags per minute with manual feeding of the product.

     

    Basic configuration:

     

    • upper film roll location;

    • packaging machine is supplied with an universal forming device for bags;

    • fixed angle of inclination of the packaging machine (15°, 30°, 45°);

    • manual roll with the packaging film centering system;

    • date printer inside the sealing jaws;

    • bag’s length sensor;

    • locking system to ensure safe operation of personnel;

    • pedal for semi-automatic operation;

    • class of protection IP 65.
