    MANUAL CLIPPER FOR BREAD PACKING

    Manual clipping machine is used for packaging of bread and onfectionery. Clipper closes bags with a plastic wired clips. It works with compressed air. In operation manual clipper is simple and reliable. Productivity with one operator is up to 30 bags / minute.

    DESCRIPTION OF THE MANUAL BREAD CLIPPER

    Manual clippers provide fast and reliable packaging of the products, in particular, bread and confectionery, into bags, which are tightly closed with a clips. Clips are made of plastic with wires. The date of manufacture is printed on clips. We offer manual and semi-automatic clippers. In it are used clips in the form of a polymer tape with two steel wires, between which there is a field to print the date of production. This is an inexpensive and effective type of printing.

    Together with the packaging equipment we offer packaging materials — clips for clippers. One roll of clips is enough for 15000 bags closings. Manual and semi-automatic clippers with these clips provide a high quality of closing the bags with bread. We can offer a tape of clips for clippers in rolls of various color versions. The manual clipper has a date printer, which is very convenient for work. The clipper is fully adapted for the industrial operating conditions. Structure of the manual clipper has a long-lasting work resource. All equipment, including manual clippers, is warranted.
