    DESCRIPTION OF THE BREAD SLICING MACHINE NEVA-SLICER

    Neva Slicer (bread slicer) with frame knifes is designed for fast, symmetrical and easy slicing of bread. This bread slicer will perform an automatic continuous cutting procedure of the bread, stacked on inlet conveyor. Thanks to the second conveyor belt on top, loaves of bread are not superimposed on each other during the slicing process, and the height of the sliced bread is adjusted according to the size of the bread. Productivity of slicing is up to 1500 loaves per hour.

    • using the handle of regulation bread is sliced without flattening and breaking into pieces;
    • by adjusting the speed of the conveyor’s belt you can increase clising productivity;
    • surfaces in contact with the product during the bread slicing process are made of stainless steel;
    • after the bread slicing process is completed, frame knifes automatically stop;
    • bread slicer is easy to move due to the roller wheels;
    • slicing machine works silently and without vibration;
    • economical power consumption;
    • easy cleaning and handling of parts.
