Packaging equipment for liquid and semi-liquid (viscous) products

Packaging automat makes dosing and packaging of liquid food and non-food products with a temperature from +4 to +25 °C and density not more than 1250 kg/m3. This model is only for liquid and semi-liquid products. It consist of doser and packaging machine. Automat can work separately or being a part of an automatic production line. This machine is used in food industry and agriculture, as well as at other productions, where packaging of liquid products is required. Packaging automat forms and fills polyethylene finnpack bags for milk and similar products. Film is supplied from roll.

Automat performs the following operations:

• unwinding of the packaging film from reel;

• discrete pulling down polyethylene film on the necessary length by photo mark or encoder;

• printing the date on the film;

• bactericidal treatment of the film (if necessary)*;

• forming of the sleeve from the packaging film;

• welding the vertical seam on the film sleeve;

• welding the horizontal seam on the film sleeve;

• filling the bag with a dosed product;

• welding second horizontal sleeve of the packaging film and cut off from the sleeve polyethylene finpack bag with a product inside.
