DESCRIPTION OF THE VERTICAL PACKAGING MACHINE SBi-260-Business

Vertical packaging machine SBi-260-Business is a perfect solution for medium productions. The model can combined with dosers different type, including linear weigh doser, screw doser, volumetric or a special doser for liquid products. It can fill and pack piece, small-piece, bilk, powder and liquid products, depending on the applied type of doser. Productivity is up to 120 pack per minute. Packaging machine SBi-260-Business works with a thermosealed film from reel, producing vertical flow-pack bags.

• packaging machine is designed with an ability to install optional equipment, such as a gas detector, clipper, briquetting unit and etc;
• modular principle of the machine structure allows flexible rebuilding for different types of bags by addition of options;
• it is possible to change parameters of the packaging machine (productivity, accuracy of dosing) replacing moving parts of the main units (for example, a exchange of the pneumatic cylinder to servo-drive);
• modular quick-change forming tube allows fast changeover to another type of bags;
