DESCRIPTION OF THE VERTICAL PACKAGING MACHINE SBi-260-Servo

Packaging machine SBi-260-Servo is an universal vertical model for packaging of bulk, piece, small-piece and powder products. Machine can be used together with the following dosers:

• doser for liquid products;

• screw doser for bulk products;

• volumetric doser for some kind of products;

• weight doser for piece ans small-piece products.

Packaging machine SBi-260-Servo can be used in food industry, agriculture and the rest or types of production.

• high productivity, exact positioning mechanical parts;
• fast changeover with help of a virtual cam mechanism;
• pulling belts are equipped with a vacuum clamping unit with a servo-drive, produced by CMZ (Italy). This system prevents slipping of the pulling belts, increases the accuracy of the bag’s length and reduce belt wear;
• does not require much compressed air consumption;
• onboard installed: servo drives, control system, software manufactured by CMZ (Italy), which is used by the rest of European equipment manufacturers.

• module for four sides of bag (edges) sealing — i.e. to get gusset bags;
• flat bottom forming module;
• module for cutting of three holes for fingers;
• module for forming of briquettes;
• automatic device for centering of the packaging film from reel;
• removable forming devices (round or square tubes for the form of the bag);
• external devices (thermal printers, label applicators);
• module for application of an advertising tape on the bag;
• inert gas injection system;
• euro-slot cutting device;
• dust extraction system;
• a table for jointing of the packaging film when replacing the reel of film. Using this table you don’t have to pull the edge of the film from new reel throungh out of the full bag’s forming system in the packaging machine;
• blowing module for the horizontal seam of the bag;
• foamed clamping device for outlet of air from the bag;
• module for compensation of the bag’s length (if printer is installed);
• dust protection for mechanical parts;
• extra features of software allow to install: module for briquettes, clipper, gas analizer and etc.
