DESCRIPTION OF THE INCLINED VERTICAL PACKAGING MACHINE SBi-260-Sf

Inclined vertical packaging machine SBi-260-Sf is designed for packaging of fragile piece and small-pieces products in a medium productions. To the packaging machine can be connected linear weigh doser or a screw doser, or a volumetric doser for some products. Machine has adjustable angle (inclination), that allows to save fragile products whole (not broken). That’s why this model is the best packaging solution for sweets in glaze or cookies. Productivity is up to 100 pack per minute. Packaging machine SBi-260-Sf produces vertical flow-pack bags from a thermosealed film from reel.

The peculiarity of this packaging machine is its inclination up to 45 degrees, so that the packaged products do not fall into the bag’s forming tube from the height of the doser, but smoothly slide inside the forming tube under a certain angle. Thus, when packing, for example, cookies or other fragile products, there is no splitting and crumbling. The product does not deform during packaging process.
