Vertical packaging machine SBi-370-Business is designed for packaging of bulk, piece and small-pieces products, such as: cereals, pasta, nuts, sugar, tea, coffee, flour, semi-finished dough, small-piece confectionery moisture less than 15%, fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables. Machine makes three seams flow-pack bags from thermosealed film in reel ( polypropylene film, composite film — multilayer) and fill it with a products. Packaging machine can work with a similar food and non-food products.

Type of bags with product:

• vertical flow-pack bags.

Productivity:

• up to 80 packs / minute.

Packaging material:

• heat sealable films: polypropylene, multilayer composite, polyethylene.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VERTICAL PACKAGING MACHINE SBi-370-Business

Vertical packaging machine SBi-370-Business is an universal module for different types of production. It can work with linear weigh doser, screw doser, volumetric or a doser for liquids. Machine is used in food and non-food industries, including agriculture. Productivity is up to 80 pack per minute. Packaging machine SBi-370-Business works with a thermosealed film from reel, producing vertical flow-pack bags.

Packaging machine performs the following operations:

• unwinding of the packaging film from the roll;
• pulling down of the film from roll for forming of the bag. Length of the bag is controlled photosensor or by encoder;
• printing the date on the film or on the seam of the bag (if printer is installed);
• making sleeve for further transforming it to the bag from the packaging film;
• vertical seam sealing;
• horizontal seam sealing;
• making flat (square) bottom (if this option is installed);
• cuts the formed bag out the sleeve of the packaging film.

• feeding device for packaging film with motorized unwinding of the film reel;
• forming tube with a collar with adjustable plates and a plate with 2 mustache (it wides the film for cutting the edge after filling with a product);
• horizontal sealing device with jaws of constant heating with one stamping thermo printer on 6 digits for each row (you’ll see the date in the horizontal seam of the bag);
• cutting device driven by two pneumatic cylinders;
• device for the vertical seam sealing with the perforation of the bag;
• product drain slide, adjustable for take-out length, height and angle of inclination;
• electric control cabinet with a touch screen;
• photosensor Omron for work with pre-printed on the film photo mark (length of the bag will be measured by distance between photo mark);
• two sensors of the packaging film end — for cases when the film is glued to the core of the reel and not glued.
