    Manual packaging automat RT-UM-01 is designed for packing of pre-dosed food and non-food products into three seams bags, made of thermosealed film in reels: polypropylene, polyethylene film or laminated paper and etc.

    Type of bags with product:

    • vertical flow-pack three seams bags — pillow bags.

    Products for packaging:

    • cereals, pasta, nuts, sugar, tea, candy or similar products.

    Productivity:

    • up to 20 packs / minute.

    Packaging material:

    • thermosealed film from reels.

    DESCRIPTION OF THE VERTICAL PACKAGING AUTOMAT RT-UM-01

    Manual vertical packaging machine is installed in small enterprises of the food industry and agriculture, as well as other type of productions. It works in conjunction with the weight doser RT-DV-01 and independently. Depending on the type of heating, productivity can be from 12 to 20 bags per minute. Packaging film from roll is fed manually — i.e. by manual pulling. Packaging machine is used for packing of bulk and small-pieces products by one operator.

    Principle of operation:

    • operator by turning the handle performs sealing of the lower transverse seam of the bag;
    • operator manually pulls packaging film on the required length;
    • operator drop down a dose of product from doser to packaaging machine;
    • after the bag is filled with a dose of the product, operator manually seals the upper seam of the bag.
