PACKAGING SEMI-AUTOMAT RT-UM-11
Packaging semi-automat is designed for packing of food and non-food products into three seams bags — pillow bags, made of thermosealed packaging film. It is possible to use polypropylene or polyethylene film or a laminated paper.
Type of products for packing:
• cereals, dried fruits, pasta, nuts, sugar, tea, candy and etc.
Type of bags with product:
• vertical flow-pack bags, 3 seams — pillow bags.
Productivity:
• up to 12 bags / minute.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VERTICAL PACKAGING AUTOMAT RT-UM-26
Semi-automatic packaging machine is installed at the enterprises of the food industry and agriculture, as well as at other productions, where packaging of bulk and small-piece products is required. Machine has a pedal for the operator. It works in semi-automatic mode, waiting for the operator’s command. Model RT-UM-11 is used for packaging of bulk and small pice products into three seams bag, made of thermosealed film in rolls — pillow bags. Prodictivity in combination with a doser can be 12 bags / minute. This packaging machine is a budget solution for small business.
It consists of:
• packaging automat RT-UM-01;
• weight doser RT-DV-01;
• rack-stand.
Principle of operation:
• dosed product is falling into the hopper of the weighing doser;
• on the packaging module, using the arm, frame with T-node impulse sealing unit seals the packaging film;
• then the film is manually pulled to the desired length (measured using the adjustment table);
• pressing the foot control pedal operator opens the weighing hopper of the doser and the dose is falling down into the bag;
• with help of arm, frame with T-node impulse sealing unit seals the top seam of the bag and cut off from the bag from sleeve of the packaging film.
