Vertical packaging automat RT-UM-26 is a medium prodictivity small machine, which produces three seams vertical flow-pack bags, made of thermosealed film in reels. Products to be packed: bulk (flour, sugar, cereals, tea), piece, small-pieces products (nuts, pasta, coffee), fruits and vegetables (also frozen one), semi-finished products of dough and similar non-food products.

• vertical flow-pack bags.

Productivity:

• up to 100 packs / minute.

Packaging material:

DESCRIPTION OF THE VERTICAL PACKAGING AUTOMAT RT-UM-26

Small packaging automat with increased productivity up to 100 packs / min for the production of small bags (not wide bags). It can work with a doser for liquids, screw doser, volumetric doser or a weight doser. Automat can work independently or as a part of an automatic production line. Machine packs the following products: bulk (cereals, sugar, tea, coffee, nuts, pasta), small-piece confectionery, semi-finished dough, fruits and vegetables, including frozen.

Features of the packaging automat:

• packaging automat has a modular structure, that allows to change bag’s type by changing options;

• self-aligning pulling belts for equal pressure of the packaging film. This fact increases accuracy of work, accuracy of the bag’s length and reduces wear of belts;

• ergonomical design of components allows fast changeover;

• minimal quantity of wear parts;

• modular structure of forming tube requires no adjustments while changeover;

• all parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.

• unique software allows to work with a wide range of products, dosed by five types of dosers (volumetric doser, volumetric-rotor doser, linear weight doser, weight multihead doser, screw doser);

Electrical control box with software performs the following functions:

• automatic stop of the machine after production of the specified number of bags with a product;
• automatic collection of the statistic data, protected by password;
• memory of up to 100 programs for fast changeover to other products and modes of operation;
• direct and reversive counter of packaged bags;
• multiple doses drop into one bag;
• multi-pulling of the packaging film (if you need long bag);
• 7″ touch screen panel with intuitive interface;
• three levels of access to software for adjustment.
